The Souls of Urban Los Santos (SOULS) faction is an In-Character illegal faction based in the State of San Andreas, the group is unique as it draws its players from any aspect of the ECRP criminal player base, with varied experiences to a group which doesn't overstep its ability and prefers roleplay based interactions as opposed to a play-to-win mentality.
The SOULS encourage interactions with other factions, particularly the Law Enforcement factions of the Los Santos Police Department, and the Los Santos Sheriffs Department. Giving roleplay to both sides.

History
In the heart of Los Santos, where corruption and violence ruled the streets, a group of individuals disillusioned by the city's descent into chaos came together with a shared vision of reclaiming their new home from the clutches of corruption and criminality.
United by their determination to stand against the injustices perpetrated by both law enforcement and rival gangs, they formed the Souls of Urban Los Santos (SOULS). The founding members, each with their own tales of hardship and loss at the hands of corrupt authorities and ruthless gangs, were driven by a singular purpose: to create a sanctuary where the people of Los Santos could live free from fear and oppression.
They understood that achieving this goal would require more than just brute force or intimidation—it would demand unwavering dedication, strategic planning, and a commitment to the principles of justice and integrity. Guided by their collective desire to protect their community and foster a sense of unity and empowerment among its residents, the Souls will embark on a journey to challenge the status quo and confront the root causes of the city's descent into darkness. They will soon establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with.
Rank Structure
High Command
Seraphim
Founders and Leaders of the S.O.U.L.S, they are the decision makers and uphold the values and objectives of the organization. Seraphim's word is final.
Thrones
Thrones are the right and left hand of the Seraphim, 2nd in command. Making sure that all operations of the organization run smoothly. These members have a direct line with the Seraphim and act as a mediator within the S.O.U.L.S, as well as a representative with other gangs/organizations.
Command
Virtues
Virtues are heads of specific task forces and act as a middle man of the S.O.U.L.S between the higher and lower ranks. Virtues are responsible for carrying out orders from the Seraphim and Thrones, delegating underlying personnel (Powers, Principalities, and Archangels) to ensure orders are carried out successfully, but will also bear the responsibilities if they are not.
Dominions
Dominions are Low Command, assisting Command carry out everyday tasks and operations ensuring the success of the gang. A Dominion is considered the first step in a leadership role taking on the responsibility in guiding lower rank members and taking their safety into their own hands.
Members
Powers
Powers are the Soldiers or Guards of the SOULS. These members ensure the safety of all members within the organization, but also carry out orders of force when needed.
Principalities
Principalities are the the Scouts (eyes and ears) of the SOULS responsible for finding potential recruits and also acting as guides for the Archangels. Principalities ensure POIs are safe and secure for operations and will also act as distractions when needed.
Archangels
Archangels is the first official rank in joining the SOULS as full time members. They will be working hand in hand with the Principalities with the responsibility of completing tasks and running errands for the Organization.

Notable Events
November 2024 - Court House Take Over. On 3/4th of November 2024, members of The Souls forcibly took over City Hall and kidnapped a lawyer, placing them on trial in response to a poor performance of them in a previous court proceedings, which led to a member of The Souls being incarcerated.
