Eclipse Roleplay's Staff is always doing their best to help the community with any issue they might have. They will help you deal with bugs, rule breaches and give you information regarding the server and its scripts
In-Game Assistance
The staff can be contacted in-game using the /report command. There are 4 different types of reports that you can make, each having its specific topic
1 - Quesiton, 2 - Bug, 3 - Rulebreach, 4 - Rulebreach [Urgent]
Example (1): /report 1 I have a question
Example (2): /report 2 I'm stuck under the map
Example (3): /report 3 I see ID 50 randomly hitting people at burgershot
Example (4): /report 4 ID 50 is running over several people at parking lot
Disclaimer
Staff does not always have time to respond to reports as they have a lot of responsibilities. If you see someone break the rules, but staff didn't have time to respond. Please collect all Evidence you've got and crate a forum post Here

The Eclipse Roleplay forums have several sections designed to help you as a player, resolve issues that you're unable to resolve by yourself.

Remember to collect as much evidence and information regarding the issue you're reporting to get help resolving your issue as fast as possible
Discord Assistance
Discord is a platform that Eclipse Roleplay often uses for communication between other members and staff. ECRP also offers several different methods of support and assistance.
#General-support
This channel contains several helpful links that provides information on things such as the rules of the server, server guides and general server information.
This channel also offers you the ability to create a support ticket, in the case that the links attached doesn't resolve your issue.
#Technical-Support
This channel contains a link to a thread where you can find common issues that players have encountered while playing on RageMP. If you happen to have an issue that hasn't been documented on the site. You also have the option to create a ticket, describing your issue so that the staff team can help you directly.
#Verification-support
This channel can be used to contact staff in regards to your discord account verification. If you've tried to verify your account following the steps in #Verification, but its not working. Then you can create a ticket in this channel to let staff know that you're in need of assistance.
#Alt-RP-Requests
This channel is used for AltRP, Alternative Roleplay (AltRP) is any roleplay that is not currently supported by the existing script such as placing a bomb within the city, a prison break, or the need to use explosives to enter a locked safe.
This channel allows you to create an Alt RP request ticket for staff to assist you with your RP.
#Rules-Support
This channel allows you to ask staff for more clarification in regards to the server rules, if you're uncertain about a rule, then this channel lets you create a ticket to ask for clarification.
