Foundation

The Crew was founded on April 14th, 2024 by Chad Rapkov, Kira Vaeseri, and Claire Allen after the disbanding of The Underground approximately 4 months prior.


The Crew was created by formerly law-abiding individuals who became disillusioned with how the LSPD, the LSSD, and The San Andreas State Government, treated the populace of San Andreas
