As a Garbage truck driver you're tasked with driving around Los Santos collecting garbage bags.
Working as a Garbage Trucker
Upon starting your job as a Garbage truck driver, you're given a garbage truck and a uniform.
When you get in to your garbage truck you can look at your GPS. You will notice a bunch of small red dots, these dots are garbage bags that you'll need to collect. upon arriving at a garbage bag you will need to press [E] while standing on it. After picking up the garbage bag you walk back to your garbage truck and press [E] while standing next to or behind the truck.
Your garbage truck can hold up to 10 garbage bags before it needs to be emptied at the landfill. When you arrive at the landfill you drive close to the dirt pile in the middle of the lot and type " /unload " the correct spot is marked with flying text saying the same.
