The Eastside Mob is a criminal organization that operates within the role-playing community. Once you interact with the Mob, you will quickly learn about the family bond that each member have with one another, as it's not only serving a few selective families, such as the Goats, Leones and Howards, but also fostering a close-knit community that values loyalty, respect and mutual support among all its members.
Origins
The Mob operates with a strong sense of family and loyalty, the Members view each other as a part of a close-knit community, bound by a code of conduct and mutual respect. Monthly dinners and other gatherings reinforce a sense of unity, providing opportunities for members to bond and strategize. This makes it an enjoyable faction to be a part of, as it ensure a sense of security and belonging.
Not only that, but music, especially hip-hop, is also a central part of the Mob's culture. It influences their speech, movements and approached to business, as it helps connecting with the city, as well as influencing view on rival gangs and elevate their reputation in the city.
Evolution
Eastside Mob was founded Callum Goat and his bother Charlie Goat. After experiencing life in other gangs like the Irish and Only The Family, Callum envisioned a gang that combined the best elements of his experiences, all though he aimed for a more structured, sophisticated operations compared to his past. They moved their operations to East Vinewood, marking the beginning of a new area for the Mob. Soon after they were joined by Truls Swartlamon who provided capital to invest in the property that the Mob uses as their base of operations, now known as The Eastside Club. The key members that followed suit were instrumental in creating the Mob that city knows today.
Callum and Charlie Goat recognizing the enduring success of the Sicilian mafia, adopted and adapted Cosa Nostra practices to modernizes their operations. Delving deep into the traditions of the Sicilian Mafia, they cherry-picked elements that resonated with their vision for the Eastside Mob, such as the code of Omertà and the concept of Made Men. They tailored these practices to fit the contemporary landscape of Los Santos, merging old-world discipline with new-age strategy to create a unique and formidable organization.
The Mob, known for their loyalty and efficiency, will continue to dominate their territory in the East industrial, where the Eastside Nightclub is also located.
Identity
The Eastside Mob takes a modern approach to the gang culture, integrating high fashion, music and unified identity that moves beyond traditional gang stereotypes.
Dress Code
The Mob can be seen in the color grey, as it represents their subtlety and strength. Lower-ranking members can be seen wearing luxury streetwear, which ties into urban culture and signals respect on the streets. For higher ranking members, grey suits or smart casual attire are mandatory. These outfits distinguish command members and made men, highlighting their importance within the Mob and ensuring they command respect.

Nightclubs, Record labels, and real estate are among the fronts that you can see the Mob is using to mask their illicit activities and integrate into Los Santo's economic fabric.
E$M Records
E$M Records is the flagship of the Eastside Mob's music label, managed by Charlie Goat aka Chiz, and supported by the members of the Mob. This venture allows the Mob to dominate the local music scene, giving a platform to talented artists from all over Los Santos. By producing high-quality music and organizing exclusive events, E$M Records not only generates significant revenue but also enhances the influence in the city's cultural landscape. The label is known for its innovative approach, blending various genres and creating unique sounds that resonate with diverse audiences. Through strategic partnership and relentless promotion, E$M Records aims to become a leading name in the music industry.
A list of current artists signed under E$M Records:
- Joaquin Leone: The only artist who did not sign their soul to E$M Records. Joaquin and Charlie worked together on the OTF cipher back in their OTF days, and are now both command members of Eastside Mob.
- Shifted: Shifted was discovered by the Mob for his life freestyle skills. Know for his ability to incorporate any words thrown at him into a live freestyle.
- Marv the Crack Wizard and Jacoby: Marv and his manager Jacoby were signed together after Marv jumped on a bus with the Mob, determined to "tell them a story."
- Marcus Harrison (Marz): Marz, a member of the Waterfelons, had been admiring Charlie's releases from afar.
Eastside Events
E$M Records is not the only legal front that Eastside Mob uses to mislead the public eye. By recognizing the potential of a legal front through these first few successful parties, a command of the Mob established Eastside Events. Eastside Events host a variety of events that cater to the city's elite and the general public alike. From exciting car raffles to intriguing murder mystery events, the Mob's gatherings are designed to entertain and engage the community. These Events serve as legitimate fronts for the operations, providing a stead stream of income while fostering community engagement.
