Overview
Although there are multiple staff divisions within the ECLIPSE staff team, there are a couple that stand out the most as they deal with the most outward-facing aspects of the community; those divisions being the Events Team and the Faction Management team(s). Aside from those two divisions, there are other staff divisions that don't get as much light shed on them in the public eye as they primarily function to maintain smooth and efficient operations within the staff team or in the background of different aspects of the community.

Staff Operations

The Events Team
The Events Team's primary focus is to host server events for the players to enjoy whether it be a fun race, a show-style event (such as a fashion show or a Coachella-inspired music festival), or an interactive RP event such as The Christmas Market event in 2023 which consisted of multiple booths with different interactions for players, held by the different factions on the server.
Aside from hosting server events, the Events Team also manages and oversees mapping requests. Mapping requests are an option for players to have Events Team staff utilize object placing to create mapping for a player's event such as a DJ stage for a party, a small fair ground, or a small race track for a faction outing.
Although not directly overseen by the Events Team, the Content Creator Program sits under the Events Team and is operated by it's own internal team.
Player Inquiries
Player inquiries are the divisions that oversee the day to day processes that a player may go through such as creating a player report, creating a decision appeal, or creating a refund/transfer request. The director of this division ensures that the divisions are running smooth and efficiently.
