About

Roadworkers HQ

Located near Vinewood PD and the Vinewood Race Track, the Roadside Work HQ is tucked in the Department of Water and Power Building.

If you're looking to get your hands dirty while helping clean up the catastrophes of Los Santos, head on over (look for the yellow briefcase by the race track), put on your hard hat, and grab your Vetir - you get paid by the job!

Working at Roadside

Join your work crew by walking inside to the power plant and locate the booth near the center. Using the WI, you'll first want to join the job before spawning your trusty Vetir - drive it wisely!

Once you're ready to go, you'll either be given the option to join an existing scene by following the waypoint on your GPS or you'll have to wait for the next cleanup. Your assignments will show up in your text box and existing waypoints will be placed for you by the script.

When you arrive, it's safety first! Your next task is to set up scene control. Using the WI near the highlighted areas both on your map and in your game, you'll want to start setting up road blocks and lights to keep not only yourselves safe but help passing citizens of Los Santos to properly navigate the area.

From there, you'll use the same WI as the next set of tasks spawn. Whether it be helping to clean up a train wreck or clearing out a rock slide, as a road worker you're an integral part of keeping the city of Los Santos clear. You'll use the same WI to both clean up accidents and to take down your scene control.

Before you know it, your job is done! The streets are no longer a hazard, you've got yourself a nice chunk of change, and hopefully you've made some friends along the way.

You can either wait for the next job or head back to the Roadwork HQ to clock off. Make sure to bring back your Vetir and /returnvehicle outside of the job before you /quitjob.
