San Andreas Department of Corrections

The San Andreas Department of Corrections is the top facility for housing felons in the state of San Andreas.

History

The San Andreas Department of Corrections opened in late 2018 by the first Warden, Elijah Reid.

Bolingbroke went through many iterations in design, going from a small bunker style to utilising over half of the prison.

The first divisions were opened in 2020 with the Correctional Medical Team followed by the Groundskeeping Division. Since then ten other divisions have opened up to allow Correctional Officers a wide variety of tasks to do around Bolingbroke. The most recent division, Parole and Surveillance, opened in July 2024.

Locations

• Cellblock - The location where the inmates are housed.
• Front Desk - Inmates are released at the front and can get their belongings back.
• Yard - Outside area for the inmates.
• Command Offices - The large office meeting for members of Command.
