Only The Family, more commonly referred to as OTF, was created in 2010 by a Chicago rapper and OBlock native Durk Banks, professionally known as Lil Durk. OTF was initially meant to be a rap collective where new and upcoming artists collaborated and shared their ideas. They would promote each other's music helping each other grow. About Them
Only The Family came to Los Santos to expand their illegal business operations. Only the Family is built on two core values, Family and Respect. Every member of the organization holds these values near to themselves. OTF and its members will die for their brothers and sisters and the respect their organization command members. The color OTF chooses to wear is red; honoring those who have bled before them leading them to where they are today. Members of the organization can be seen sporting various types of clothes but mostly streetwear.
